another charity work for this holiday....

i just came back from a voluntary work in Chung Hwa High School...
it was organised by the owner of the 99 Badminton Court(Siao Ti Uncle)....
it was about a group of South African orphans who were adopted by a monk....
they were brought to Taiwan and began their journey as monks and nuns...
they learnt kung fu tooo....
as a repay for the donation, they performanced many unbelievable stunts ( something like Shaolin Kung Fu )...
mind u one thing... they are jus small kids aged from 10 to 16 years old...
besides, they also sang Malay, Hokkien and Chinese songs to the audiences too...
can u imagine that??
a bunch of SOUTH AFRICAN kids singing MALAY,CHINESE & HOKKIEN songs!!!
really awesome, right???
even i, myself also don't know the lyrics...
so embarassing....haize...
actually, the purpose of this charity event is not merely for the donation...
since some were abandoned by their parents/ parents have died, they were brought up without parental's love...
hence, this event can shows our appreciation and create sense of belonging for the children...

whenever i attended a voluntary event, there is a strong feeling of satisfaction...
not only because i did a good deed, but, in fact, i brought some happiness to the needy...
maybe my contribution was just a little bit, however, it still made my day...
actually, i don't feel like going because i don't wanna miss "The Little Nyonya" show..
but i told myself that "I'm doing something meaningful... I can watch "The Little Nyonya" tomorrow morning"
it may sounds like i'm really crazy for being so enthusiatic in the show, but i really do...
haha...
anyway, i managed to make a wise decision...
there will be some photos of the children and maybe some shots of their performance coming up soon...
so stay tune...
